No. There are no guaranteed returns in crypto markets. SPOTGOBOT only automates execution of your strategy and risk rules. Losses can occur, even with protections enabled.
At the moment the focus is on BINANCE/MEXC. More exchanges may be added in the future, always in spot mode.
You don’t need to be a professional, but it helps to understand spot order types, liquidity/slippage, and basic risk management. If you’re not comfortable with that, it’s better to learn the basics first and start with small size.
No. Funds remain on your exchange account. The bot only uses the API permissions you configure (typically: read + spot trading, with withdrawals disabled).
The recommended configuration is to use API keys without withdrawal permissions. That way, even if something goes wrong, the bot cannot move funds out of the exchange.
Keys are stored encrypted using secret-management services, and only the execution service can access them. The dashboard will not display the secret again after it’s saved.
Primarily market risk (volatility) and execution risk (slippage, partial fills, liquidity). There is also technical risk (API failures, outages). That’s why we recommend starting with small size and reviewing the Security page.
Yes. Where available, you can use testnet/sandbox. Alternatively, you can run live with very small position sizing to validate behavior with controlled risk.
When you turn off the bot for a pair/strategy, SPOTGOBOT stops placing new orders. Any open positions or orders remain on the exchange — you can manage or close them manually.
To get started, focus on: Buy Amount (position sizing), Max Number of Buys (ladder depth), Trailing Buy/Sell (entry/exit logic), and cooldowns. The rest can stay at suggested values until you’re comfortable.
Yes. When enabled, the auto-adaptive module attempts to adjust BUY/SELL thresholds to the current market regime, while respecting protection rules (such as not selling below break-even). You can start with it OFF and enable it later.
The intended flow is: you create an account, choose a plan, and only after the payment is confirmed you get full access to the client area. During beta, there may be trial periods or discounts.
Subscriptions are paid in crypto using stablecoins USDC or USDT, only on the Solana network. Before any live billing we will clearly indicate the wallet and network. Always send on the correct network. Transfers sent on other networks (e.g., BEP20/ERC20/TRC20) may be unrecoverable.
Cancellation will be handled directly in the billing panel (e.g., Stripe) or in the client area. After cancellation, the bot is deactivated and no new cycles are charged.
In principle, no. The only extra costs are the exchange’s standard trading fees, which exist even without SPOTGOBOT. If paid add-ons are introduced in the future, that will be communicated clearly.
Yes. The idea is to allow upgrades/downgrades between Starter, Pro, and Elite, with prorated adjustments within the billing cycle, depending on the payment gateway used.
SPOTGOBOT attempts to retry API calls with backoff and records errors in logs. If the issue persists, the bot may enter a safety state (pause) until connectivity normalizes.
In the orders panel and in the execution logs. You can see BUYs/SELLs, trailing triggers, resets, and the reasoning behind key decisions.
First, pause the bot for that pair. Then review the logs and, if you still have questions, contact support with context (pair, timestamp, screenshot). That makes investigation much faster.
No. We do not have direct access to your exchange account or your passwords. Only the bot service uses the API keys you configure. Support can pause bots and help with configuration, but cannot move funds.
